Job Description: ESG Analyst Location: Gurugram / Indore Experience: 2 -4 Years Requirements :  2+ years of experience in business analysis, ideally with a focus on ESG and sustainability.  Strong understanding of ESG frameworks, reporting standards, and sustainability practices.  Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) and ability to present findings effectively.  Excellent communication and presentation skills.  Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.  A passion for sustainability and making a positive impact through business practices.  Knowledge of sustainability certifications, ESG reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, TCFD, SASB).  Experience working in sustainability consulting or a similar role.  Familiarity with environmental regulations and corporate sustainability goals.
