ERPNext Implementation Consultant (with Zoho Migration Experience)

Hiring: Freelance ERPNext Implementation Consultant (Zoho to ERPNext Migration) Location: Remote (India-based preferred) T ype: Freelance / Contract Duration: Project-based (with possibility of continued support) We are a diversified company currently using Zoho ERP (Books, Inventory, CRM, etc.) to manage our operations. One of our divisions handles rental services for formwork and scaffolding , which require complex, custom inventory workflows. We are considering migrating to ERPNext to gain more control, flexibility, and cost efficiency. We are looking for a Freelance ERPNext Consultant to help us: Migrate data from Zoho to ERPNext Customize rental workflows Configure modules (Inventory, Sales, Accounting, CRM, etc.) Train users and provide post-deployment support Key Responsibilities: Audit our current Zoho setup and rental processes Map Zoho data and workflows to ERPNext structure Perform secure and clean data migration Customize ERPNext (especially Inventory & Asset modules) for rental tracking, billing cycles, damage tracking, etc. Create custom reports, forms, and alerts Set up user roles, permissions, and process automation Optional: Set up ERPNext on cloud or on-premises server Provide documentation and basic user training What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of experience with ERPNext/Frappe framework Prior experience with data migration from Zoho or similar systems Strong understanding of inventory, rental, or leasing workflows Experience in custom module development and scripting in Frappe Comfortable with setting up ERPNext instances (bench, Docker, etc.) Strong analytical and communication skills ➕ Bonus: Background in construction/formwork/scaffolding businesses Experience with open-source deployments and integrations Familiarity with PostgreSQL and Python-based ERP systems Show more Show less
