Role Description

ERPNext / Frappe Intern Developer

Responsibilities:

• Assist in

  customization and development

  of ERPNext modules (CRM, HR, Inventory, POS, Accounting, etc.)
• Build

  custom apps, doctypes, reports, and dashboards

  using the Frappe framework
• Support integration of ERPNext with third-party applications (APIs, payment gateways, POS systems, etc.)
• Troubleshoot and fix

  bugs, UI issues, and workflow gaps

  under guidance
• Participate in

  code reviews, testing, and documentation

• Learn and contribute to

  Bench management

  (sites, apps, migrations, patches)
• Work with

  MariaDB queries, Redis queues, and REST APIs

• Write

  clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

Required Skills:

• Good understanding of

  Python

  and

  JavaScript

• Familiarity with

  web development basics

  (HTML, CSS, REST APIs)
• Knowledge of

  SQL / databases

  (MariaDB/MySQL preferred)
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Ability to quickly learn new frameworks and tools
• Good communication and collaboration skills

Nice-To-Have (Optional):

• Exposure to

  Frappe Framework or ERPNext

• Experience with

  Git / GitHub version control

• Knowledge of

  Vue.js, Jinja templates

• Basic understanding of

  Linux / Ubuntu commands

• Awareness of

  Agile / Scrum methodologies

Eligibility:

● B.Tech degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience relevant to the functional area.

● Availability of minimum 40 hours/week during internship period
