You will lead, mentor, and develop a cross-functional team of D365F&SCM specialists, developers, and QA engineers to ensure a successful rollout and ongoing support of the platform. This role bridges technical expertise with business acumen to align ERP capabilities with organizational objectives, driving continuous improvement and efficient operations. Key responsibilities: Orchestrate wave-based rollouts of D365F&SCM across global subsidiaries and manage the implementation of new features and functionalities and prioritize system improvement based on business values and technical feasibility Provide technical guidance on system architecture, customizations, and integrations Collaborate closely with ERP Product Owner to translate business requirements into technical solutions Evaluate new D365F&SCM features and ISV solutions for potential business value Establish metrics and KPIs for system performance and team effectivenes s Your Competencies: 7+ years of experience with D365 Finance and Supply Chain Management, including significant technical implementation experience Solid technical background with understanding of X++, Visual Studio, SQL, and related technologies Experience managing feature enhancement and system improvement across multiple regions and entities In-depth knowledge of system integration approaches and technologies About You: You are a decisive leader able to make sound decisions confidently, even with incomplete information You are an excellent communicator who can articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences You have solid business acumen and understand how technology decisions influence overall business operations What's on Offer?
