Location : Mumbai (with frequent client-site travel) Experience : Freshers & Experienced (2 - 4 years) About the Role Were looking for both freshers and experienced candidates candidates (preferred) to join our ERP implementation team. You’ll be responsible for setting up our ERP software at client sites, training users, and supporting their onboarding into a digitized, compliant business process. Key Responsibilities Implement ERP modules at client sites and via remote sessions Train end-users across various departments including Production, QA/QC, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Finance Understand client-specific business workflows and configure ERP systems accordingly Provide assistance during go-live and ongoing post-deployment support Document implementation processes, issues, and user feedback Travel to client locations as required You’ll Be a Great Fit If You: Are a fast learner, practical thinker and problem solver. Communicate clearly (written and spoken – English, Hindi) Are willing to travel often to have the software implemented.
