Job Description

Role Overview

ERP sales

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads for ERP software solutions within the manufacturing industry.
Conduct detailed needs assessments to align ERP features with client requirements.
Deliver impactful product demonstrations to CXOs, IT Heads, and other key stakeholders.
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure and post-sale coordination.
Work closely with the technical and implementation teams to ensure solution alignment.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
Develop long-term client relationships to drive upselling, cross-selling, and referrals.
Prepare professional proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs.
Travel extensively for client visits, demos, and business development activities across regions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in Mfg. ERP, enterprise software, or IT solution sales, with high-ticket deal handling is highly preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills.
Sound understanding of ERP domains such as Finance, Inventory, Production, SCM, etc.
Familiarity with CRM tools and modern lead generation strategies.
Proficiency in MS Office, & Excel is a must.
Self-motivated, target-driven and capable of working both independently and in teams.
