ERP Product Support Specialist - SAP/Oracle Platforms

As an ERP - Product Support Specialist at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading end-user training and providing functional support for our ERP system. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive ERP training programs tailored to various user groups. - Conducting engaging training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching for end-users. - Continuously assessing training effectiveness and adapting content to evolving user needs and ERP system updates. - Creating and regularly updating training materials, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), user manuals, and quick reference guides. - Ensuring all documentation is clear, concise, and accessible to relevant stakeholders. - Serving as the first point of contact for all ERP-related inquiries from business function users (Purchase, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Finance & Accounts). - Providing prompt and effective troubleshooting and support, guiding users through issue resolution. - Escalating complex technical issues to the Product and Tech Teams when necessary. - Liaising with internal teams to stay updated on ERP changes, upgrades, and new features. - Coordinating feedback from users to inform system improvements and training needs. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. - 0-2 years of experience in ERP systems training and/or support roles. - Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, etc.). - Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Problem-solving mindset with strong organizational skills.,
