ERP Functional Support

We are looking for an ERP Support Engineer to provide end-to-end support for our ERP system. The role involves troubleshooting, user support, system monitoring, and coordinating with the technical team for issue resolution.\

Location- Ahmedabad (Nehrunagar)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line ERP support to end users.
• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues in ERP modules (Finance, HRMS, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, etc.).
• Assist in ERP implementation, testing, and upgrades.
• Coordinate with the development team for bug fixes, enhancements, and new requirements.
• Document user issues, resolutions, and process improvements.
• Train and support users to maximize ERP utilization.
• Monitor ERP performance and ensure timely resolution of queries.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of ERP systems (Tally ERP, SAP B1, Oracle ERP, or similar).
• Knowledge of SQL / database queries (preferred).
• Good problem-solving & communication skills.
• Ability to work with end users and understand business processes.

Qualification: BE,BTECH,MCA,MSCIT,MTECH,BCA
