Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented ERP Support Engineer to join our team. The role involves providing functional and technical support for ERP systems, handling user queries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of ERP modules and good problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line ERP support to end users.
• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues in ERP modules (Finance, HRMS, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, etc.).
• Assist in ERP implementation, testing, and upgrades.
• Coordinate with the development team for bug fixes, enhancements, and new requirements.
• Document user issues, resolutions, and process improvements.
• Train and support users to maximize ERP utilization.
• Monitor ERP performance and ensure timely resolution of queries.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education-BE,BTECH,MCA,MSCIT,BCA,MTECH
• 1–4 years of experience in ERP support / ERP implementation.
• Knowledge of SQL queries / databases (preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Exposure to ERP platforms such as Tally ERP, SAP B1, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
