ERP Functional Support

As an ERP Support Engineer at ZipBooks Software Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in providing end-to-end support for our ERP system. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing first-line ERP support to end users. - Troubleshooting functional and technical issues in ERP modules such as Finance, HRMS, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, etc. - Assisting in ERP implementation, testing, and upgrades. - Coordinating with the development team for bug fixes, enhancements, and new requirements. - Documenting user issues, resolutions, and process improvements. - Training and supporting users to maximize ERP utilization. - Monitoring ERP performance and ensuring timely resolution of queries. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills: - Strong understanding of ERP systems like Tally ERP, SAP B1, Oracle ERP, or similar. - Knowledge of SQL/database queries (preferred). - Good problem-solving and communication skills. - Ability to work with end users and understand business processes. Qualifications required for this position include a degree in BE, BTECH, MCA, MSCIT, MTECH, or BCA. At ZipBooks Software Pvt.
