𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲: Real Estate / Construction / Manufacturing

 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄

As a 𝗙𝗮𝗿𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗘𝗥𝗣 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲, you will manage day-to-day ERP operations, support users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth functioning across modules like 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀, 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲, 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆, 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗛𝗥 & 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀. You’ll also coordinate with vendors, handle reports, and support system enhancements.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Manage ERP modules & user access
• Provide first-level ERP user support
• Coordinate with ERP vendors for upgrades & fixes
• Data entry, validation & reconciliation
• Prepare MIS & analytical reports
• Maintain master data (customers, vendors, items, projects, etc.)
• Conduct ERP user training sessions
• Support ERP integrations (HRMS, BI tools, etc.)
• Ensure data security & compliance
• Document SOPs, FAQs & resolution steps

 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱

• Strong knowledge of ERP modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounts, Projects, CRM, HR)
• Good understanding of business processes
• Analytical & problem-solving mindset
• Report generation & data analysis skills
• Basic SQL knowledge (preferred)
• Excellent communication & coordination skills

  𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

• Graduate in Commerce / IT / Computer Applications / Engineering (B.Com, BBA, BCA, B.Tech, MBA preferred)
• 3-4 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 of experience in ERP support
• Real Estate / Construction domain knowledge is a plus
