Manager – Business Development- Renewable LOCATION: Ahmedabad, Noida, Chennai DEPARTMENT: Renewables EXPERIENCE: 8 – 10 years QUALIFICATION : Graduate in Engineering & MBA in Marketing with minimum 8 years of business development/marketing experience οƒ˜ Should have the experience of business development in core sectors such as Renewable/Energy οƒ˜ Should have dealt with both Public sector companies and Private sector companies for tendering, negotiations and finalizations JOB RESPONSIBILITY οƒ˜ Business Development for Business line for Renewable Sector. This includes the commercial activities such as Market Surveys, support to network, TUVIPL. οƒ˜ Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships οƒ˜ Business Development for all product portfolios for Renewable – Solar, Wind, Hybrid & Hydro. Development and maintenance of all projects, opportunities & tenders list for large opportunities. οƒ˜ Identification, preparation and submission of pre-qualification, expression of interest, offers & tenders. This includes offer and contract review. οƒ˜ Manage and grow with key accounts as may be defined by Business Head οƒ˜ Recognizing the prospective clients in the region, and create a data base. οƒ˜ Early identification and follow up of major projects, opportunities & tenders. οƒ˜ Identification, preparation and submission of pre-qualification, expression of interest, offers & tenders. οƒ˜ Visiting prospective clients to present TUVIPL services and to identify the client need as an opportunity to TUVIPL follow up actions and keeping the respective division heads in communication loop. οƒ˜ Efficient in using the marketing tools such as presentation material, company profile, service sheets, reference list, completion/appreciation letters, etc. οƒ˜ Keeping in touch with the various publicity activities in the region such as exhibitions, seminars, conferences etc. and explore the possibility of showcasing the organization and services. οƒ˜ Interacting with the Regional managers of other regions for mutual exchange of expertise, work, common clients and other references.
