Manager β Business Development- Renewable LOCATION: Ahmedabad, Noida, Chennai DEPARTMENT: Renewables EXPERIENCE: 8 β 10 years QUALIFICATION : Graduate in Engineering & MBA in Marketing with minimum 8 years of business development/marketing experience ο Should have the experience of business development in core sectors such as Renewable/Energy ο Should have dealt with both Public sector companies and Private sector companies for tendering, negotiations and finalizations JOB RESPONSIBILITY ο Business Development for Business line for Renewable Sector. This includes the commercial activities such as Market Surveys, support to network, TUVIPL. ο Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships ο Business Development for all product portfolios for Renewable β Solar, Wind, Hybrid & Hydro. Development and maintenance of all projects, opportunities & tenders list for large opportunities. ο Identification, preparation and submission of pre-qualification, expression of interest, offers & tenders. This includes offer and contract review. ο Manage and grow with key accounts as may be defined by Business Head ο Recognizing the prospective clients in the region, and create a data base. ο Early identification and follow up of major projects, opportunities & tenders. ο Identification, preparation and submission of pre-qualification, expression of interest, offers & tenders. ο Visiting prospective clients to present TUVIPL services and to identify the client need as an opportunity to TUVIPL follow up actions and keeping the respective division heads in communication loop. ο Efficient in using the marketing tools such as presentation material, company profile, service sheets, reference list, completion/appreciation letters, etc. ο Keeping in touch with the various publicity activities in the region such as exhibitions, seminars, conferences etc. and explore the possibility of showcasing the organization and services. ο Interacting with the Regional managers of other regions for mutual exchange of expertise, work, common clients and other references.
