We're seeking a highly motivated Junior ERP Consultant / Associate Consultant to join our growing team. You'll play a pivotal role in assisting businesses with the successful implementation and optimization of ERPNext, an open-source ERP platform. Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to understand their specific business needs and challenges. Analyze existing workflows and processes to identify areas for improvement. Map client requirements to the functionalities of ERPNext modules (e.g., CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, etc.). Configure ERPNext to meet client needs through settings, customizations, and data migration. Develop and document comprehensive user training materials and conduct training sessions. Work closely with the technical team to ensure seamless system integration and functionality. Provide ongoing support to clients and troubleshoot any system issues. Stay up-to-date on the latest ERPNext features and best practices. Qualifications: Master's degree in HR/Finance or a related field (preferred). Minimum 6 Months-1 year of experience working as an ERP Functional Consultant or in a similar role. In-depth knowledge of ERPNext functionalities, features, and core modules. Strong understanding of business process analysis and optimization techniques. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Bonus Points: Experience with other ERP systems Experience with data migration and system integrations.
