Description
As a Python Developer at CitrusLeaf, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining robust backend applications, contributing to cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality code. Responsibilities: Application Development: Develop and maintain robust Django/frappe applications with secure, efficient, reusable, and reliable code. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to understand project requirements and contribute to the overall success of the team. Database Design and Management: Design, implement, and optimize database solutions using both relational and non-relational databases API Development and Integration: Design and implement RESTful APIs to integrate with various external systems. Code Testing and Debugging: Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of the codebase. Documentation: Create and maintain project documentation, including technical specifications and user manuals. Code Optimization and Performance Improvements: Set up unit tests, identify and address bottlenecks, and implement performance improvements in the applications. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Proven minimum 2 years of experience as a Python Developer with a strong portfolio of relevant projects. Experience with web frameworks such as Django or Flask. Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Knowledge of database systems e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL. (Big no to MongoDB) Deep understanding of version control (e.g., Git). Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality code. Strong familiarity with Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms.
