Job Description

Role & responsibilities Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Develop and implement employee relations strategies to promote a positive workplace culture. Serve as a liaison between management and employees to address concerns and facilitate communication. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Conduct investigations into employee complaints and recommend appropriate actions. Collaborate with union representatives to negotiate and administer collective bargaining agreements & LTS wage settlements. Provide guidance and support to management on employee relations matters. Develop and deliver training programs on employee relations topics. Monitor and analyze employee relations trends to identify areas for improvement. Prepare reports and documentation related to employee relations activities. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 12 to 15 years of experience from a manufacturing background to ensure a harmonious and productive work environment within the plant by effectively managing employee relations, fostering open communication, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Strong exposure in Industrial Relations (IR) is essential, with a proven track record of handling Long-Term Settlements (LTS). The ideal candidate should have successfully signed at least two settlements, demonstrating strong skills in conflict resolution, compliance management, and stakeholder engagement.
