Equity Research Analyst

Job description We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Equity Research Analyst to join our team The role involves conducting in-depth research on companies, sectors, and financial markets to provide actionable investment insights Key Responsibilities: Conduct fundamental and financial analysis of companies, sectors, and industries. Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and valuation frameworks (DCF, comparables, etc.). Analyze financial statements, earnings reports, and economic data. Track market news, trends, and regulatory developments impacting investments. Prepare equity research reports, presentations, and investment recommendations. Support portfolio managers and clients with timely and accurate insights. Requirements: Bachelors/Masters in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field (CFA/CA preferred). Strong knowledge of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and capital markets. Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (Bloomberg, Reuters, Capital IQ, etc.). Strong written and verbal communication skills.
