Role Overview: You will be joining Climeto Sustainable Services Pvt. Ltd. as an EPR Operations Team Lead based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Your main responsibility will be to lead and manage EPR projects, delegate tasks effectively, keep the team informed about the latest EPR regulations, engage with clients to understand their challenges, provide practical solutions for EPR compliance issues, improve existing processes, manage client relationships, deliver high-quality services, monitor team performance, and ensure SOP adherence. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and Manage EPR Projects: Take ownership of existing EPR-related projects, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to timelines. - Delegate Tasks Effectively: Assign responsibilities to team leaders and ensure optimal use of resources for project success. - Keep the Team Knowledgeable: Regularly update the team with the latest EPR regulations, industry standards, and best practices. - Client Communication: Engage with clients to understand their challenges and address their concerns effectively. - Provide Solutions: Help clients navigate EPR compliance issues by delivering practical, actionable solutions. - Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and implement improvements for better performance. - Manage Client Relationships: Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention. - Deliver Best-in-Class Services: Consistently provide high-quality services to clients, meeting and exceeding their expectations. - Monitor Team Performance: Assess team productivity and performance, addressing gaps and taking corrective actions as needed. - Ensure SOP Adherence: Oversee compliance with standard operating procedures across all team operations. Qualifications Required: - Academic Background: Degree in Management Studies, Environmental Studies, or Legal Studies. - Experience: Prior experience in a leadership role within the EPR industry or related field. - Technical Skills: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel. - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. - Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve organizational goals. - Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
