The EPABX Field Engineer is responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of EPABX systems, VoIP gateways, intercom networks, and related telecom infrastructure at client sites. The role requires strong technical knowledge of telephony systems, structured cabling, and customer support to ensure uninterrupted communication services for clients.
