Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced EIA Expert to join our Gurgaon office. You will play a pivotal role in leading and delivering high-impact Environmental & Social Impact Assessment (EIA) and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) projects, primarily for India and the UAE.

This is a senior role combining technical leadership, client management, and business growth. You will be the key driver in securing environmental approvals and building our reputation as a trusted consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of EIA and ESG advisory projects across India and the Middle East (UAE focus).
• Act as the primary client interface, managing relationships, expectations, and deliverables.
• Facilitate and secure approvals from various environmental regulatory bodies at state and national levels.
• Plan, strategize, and oversee the execution of environmental consulting services.
• Drive business development – identify new opportunities, prepare proposals, and contribute to the growth of the practice.
• Mentor and guide junior team members on technical matters.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Environmental Science/Engineering or a related field (preferred/not mandatory)
• 5 to 10 years of proven experience in leading EIA studies and ESG projects within a consulting environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Indian environmental clearance processes and regulations (experience with UAE/Dubai/Gulf regulations is a strong plus).
• Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles and project management.
• Proven track record in contributing to business development and proposal writing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and report-writing skills.

Location: Gurgaon, Delhi NCR (Office-based role)
