Job Title: Senior Manager – ESG & Sustainability Consulting Location: Gurgaon (Work-from-home option for other cities) Experience: 5+ years in ESG/Sustainability/Carbon Consulting Salary: At par with Big 4 firms in India About the Position - Agile Advisors is seeking a Senior Manager with hands-on expertise in ESG, sustainability, and carbon consulting to lead client engagements, drive business growth, and deliver high-impact solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong market connections to expand our client base while managing end-to-end ESG projects. Responsibilities 1.Project Delivery: Lead ESG/Sustainability reports (BRSR, GRI, TCFD), carbon footprint assessments, and decarbonization strategies. Oversee ESG rating applications (CDP, DJSI, MSCI) and net-zero transition plans. 2.Business Development: Leverage industry networks to generate leads, pitch to clients, and close deals. Expand Agile Advisors’ clientele in corporate, real estate, and financial sectors. 3.Team & Client Leadership: Mentor junior consultants and ensure high-quality deliverables. Act as the primary ESG advisor for key clients, building long-term relationships. Qualifications 5+ years of direct ESG/sustainability/carbon consulting experience (mandatory). Expertise in BRSR, GHG accounting, SBTi, and ESG frameworks (GRI, SASB, CSRD). Proven track record of business generation (existing client relationships preferred).
