Job Description

As a Business Partner EH&S at Brillio, your role is to act as the bridge between IT and the EH&S business function. You will combine business analysis, service management, and project leadership to strengthen EH&S systems, ensure compliance, and deliver measurable value across global operations. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary liaison between EH&S business stakeholders and IT. - Lead end-to-end EH&S IT projects from requirements to delivery. - Translate business needs into IT solutions that enhance EH&S processes. - Manage EH&S applications and platforms (SAP EH&S, Enablon, etc.), ensuring stability, usability, and compliance. - Oversee incident, request, and release management for EH&S solutions. - Collaborate with global process owners to align local requirements with global standards. - Drive enhancements, upgrades, and integrations of EH&S applications within the enterprise landscape. - Monitor service performance, ensure SLA adherence, and maintain governance for compliance readiness. - Support change management and adoption of EH&S tools across business units. Required Skills & Experience: - 10-15 years in IT business partnering, service management, or business analysis. - Strong knowledge of EH&S processes and IT systems (SAP EH&S, Enablon, or similar). - Proven experience managing end-to-end IT projects. - Solid understanding of ITIL practices (incident, change, release, problem). - Hands-on expertise in service and vendor management. - Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to bridge IT and business functions. - Experience in global environments with multiple stakeholders. - Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements for EH&S systems. Preferred: - Exposure to SAP S/4HANA EH&S or related modules. - Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or Business Analysis. - Experience in integrating EH&S tools with ERP and reporting platforms.
