Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to all relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations (ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
  • Identify and assess workplace hazards, develop and implement safety protocols, and continuously monitor for potential issues.
  • Investigate workplace incidents, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Identify areas for improvement in EHS processes and implement innovative solutions.
  • Develop and implement EHS programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Work with various departments, such as operations, quality control, and human resources, to implement EHS initiatives.
  • Represent the company in EHS matters with regulatory bodies, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance and support to EHS staff and promote a positive safety culture.
  • Design and deliver safety training programs for employees, covering various aspects of EHS.


Qualifications/ Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in EHS/SHE management within manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Strong knowledge of

    ISO 14001

    and

    ISO 45001

    standards.
  • Proven experience in hazard identification, incident investigation, and risk assessment.
  • Ability to develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and training programs.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Experience coordinating with regulatory bodies and driving safety culture improvements.
