Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Entrepreneur in Residence, based in Kanpur. The Entrepreneur in Residence will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and driving innovation within the company. Day-to-day tasks include market research, business planning, mentoring, and collaborating with various teams to ensure the successful execution of initiatives. Qualifications Experience in Entrepreneurship, Business Development, and Strategic Planning Strong skills in Market Research, Financial Analysis, and Risk Management Proficiency in Project Management and Team Collaboration Understanding of the Agri-tech sector and related technologies Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to think creatively and innovatively Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred Experience in the agricultural industry is beneficial
