The Entrepreneur in Residence will be responsible for driving business growth initiatives, developing and testing new business ideas, collaborating with the executive team, and mentoring startups within the organization. Daily tasks include conducting market research, building business strategies, pitching to stakeholders, and leading project management efforts. Qualifications Experience in developing business strategies, market research, and identifying new business opportunities Strong skills in project management, team leadership, and coordination Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including pitching and presentation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven track record of business development Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or a related field MBA or advanced degree is a plus Experience in the startup ecosystem or venture capital industry is advantageous Show more Show less
