Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Advisor, located in Kanayannur. The Legal Advisor will be responsible for handling labor and employment law issues, drafting and preparing legal documents, providing legal advice, and addressing various legal issues faced by the company. The role involves ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and representing the organization in legal matters as required.

• Proficiency in Law and dealing with Legal Issues
• Experience in Legal Document Preparation and providing Legal Advice
• Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Kanayannur
• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
• Relevant professional certifications are a plus
