Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Legal Advisor, located in Thane. The Legal Advisor will be responsible for drafting and reviewing legal documents, providing expert legal advice to ensure compliance with local, state, and national laws, and addressing legal issues related to real estate projects. The role also involves handling labour and employment law matters and collaborating with various departments to mitigate legal risks and protect the company's interests.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Law, including strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures
• Experience in Legal Document Preparation and the ability to review, draft, and analyze contracts and agreements
• Knowledge of handling Legal Issues, such as property disputes and compliance matters
• Expertise in providing Legal Advice to ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks
• Understanding of Labour and Employment Law, including workforce compliance and dispute resolution
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB); additional certifications in real estate law are a plus
• Previous experience in legal roles within the real estate or construction industry is preferred

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

Drafting & reviewing legal documents including Developer Agreements, PoA, Notices, Complaints, MoUs, etc.

Strong drafting skills in Marathi & English (mandatory)

Providing legal advice on corporate, civil & criminal matters

Coordinating with external counsel, government departments & authorities

Managing legal documentation, compliance & case follow-up

Representing the organization in legal proceedings when required

🧩 What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Advocate

Excellent typing skills (Marathi & English preferred)

Experience as a Corporate Advocate

Solid knowledge of Civil & Criminal Law

Strong communication, analysis, and documentation skills

LL.B. with valid Bar Council registration
