Key Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise business development by acquiring and expanding corporate clients for Zaggle’s Expense Management System (EMS) across diverse sectors.
  • Drive the complete sales cycle and collaborate with various functions to deliver the project successfully
  • Map and engage key decision-makers including CFOs, CHROs, Heads of Procurement, Marketing, and Sales to position Zaggle as a strategic spend management partner.
  • Understand client business goals, spending patterns, and control requirements to craft customized, data-driven EMS solutions that optimize cost and efficiency.
  • Deliver impactful product presentations, demos, and proposals that articulate ROI and business impact for clients.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell Zaggle’s integrated SaaS and payments solutions — SAVE, Zoyer - to maximize wallet share and deepen customer engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Maintain a strong and updated sales pipeline, ensuring accuracy in forecasting and consistent achievement of quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitor offerings, and client feedback to identify growth opportunities and influence go-to-market strategies.
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with enterprise clients, driving renewals, expansions, and referenceable success stories.
  • Represent Zaggle at client meetings, industry events, and forums to enhance visibility, strengthen networks, and position the brand as a market leader.

Qualification & Exposure

  • Bachelors / master’s degree
  • 7-10 years’ Experience in Start-up eco-system / growth stage companies.
