Job Description

We are hiring an Enterprise Sales Manager for a B2B SaaS / Enterprise ERP product company working closely with large enterprises and manufacturing clients.

This role requires strong ownership of the complete sales lifecycle and proven experience selling enterprise-grade SaaS or ERP solutions.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
• At least 2+ years selling to enterprise clients OR manufacturing industry OR FinTech products
• Strong experience in end-to-end sales – prospecting, demos, proposals, negotiation, and deal closure
• Ability to manage long sales cycles and large ticket-size deals
• Stable career history (no frequent job changes)
• Comfortable with face-to-face final interview

Key Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise sales strategy for SaaS / SAP / Finance ERP solutions
• Identify, pitch, and close new enterprise accounts
• Build and manage long-term relationships with senior stakeholders
• Conduct product demos and solution presentations
• Coordinate with technical and consulting teams for solution delivery
• Manage multiple concurrent enterprise sales cycles

Preferred Exposure (Not Mandatory)

• SAP / Finance ERP product sales
• Manufacturing industry clients
• Large enterprise account handling

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹125,000.00 - ₹166,000.00 per month
