Role Overview: Pando is seeking a high-performing Enterprise Sales Manager with expertise in supply chain and logistics to join their team. As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts. The company is a key player in the autonomous logistics sector, recognized by prestigious organizations like Gartner, World Economic Forum, and G2. Key Responsibilities: - Drive new business growth by identifying, prospecting, and closing enterprise-level deals. - Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through outbound and inbound strategies. - Lead complex sales cycles, engaging multiple stakeholders from initial contact to deal closure. - Understand client business challenges and present Pando's solutions effectively. - Educate customers on digital transformation and best practices, ensuring a smooth transition to Customer Success and Implementation teams. - Collaborate with customer teams to address needs and ensure successful customer experiences, particularly during signup, implementation, and renewal stages. - Negotiate and finalize new and renewal contracts with customers. - Address and escalate issues in billing, legal, security, onboarding, and technical inquiries. - Develop strategic adoption plans for customers in coordination with various teams such as Technical Account Managers and Customer Success Managers. Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a leading Enterprise SaaS company. - Demonstrated success in enterprise sales with a track record of meeting quotas. - Proficiency in managing a sales pipeline and closing substantial contracts. - Ability to pitch to C-suite executives and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously across different buying process stages. - Expertise in new market entry, product introduction, client management, business development, and customer segmentation. - Strong negotiation and communication skills for engaging with customers and C-level executives. - In-depth understanding of logistics and supply chain management. - Previous experience in selling SaaS products, especially in the logistics/SCM domain. - Willingness to travel within the region as needed.,
