Key Deliverables:

Client Acquisition

  • Drive effective execution and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives for the assigned region, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Focus on

    new logo acquisitions

    , creating business opportunities for mjunction, and achieving targeted

    New Sign Ups

    numbers on a quarter-on-quarter basis.
  • Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, secure referrals from the existing client base, and build strong relationships with

    target accounts and CXO-level decision makers

    .
  • Pursue leads, prepare proposals, make presentations, negotiate, and follow up with clients through to final sign-up.
  • Ensure strict compliance with sales processes and reporting requirements.
  • Possess deep understanding of

    mjunctions e-procurement platform, software solutions, and value-added services

    , as well as knowledge of competitors and industry positioning.
  • Track industry developments, competitor activities, and best practices to ensure mjunction retains a competitive edge.
  • Update and monitor sales pipeline and client progress on Salesforce/CRM software for management visibility.
  • Actively take cross-selling initiatives by pitching multiple mjunction services to existing clients.
  • Handle client queries and escalations efficiently to drive customer satisfaction.
  • Build and sustain rapport with key accounts through periodic CXO-level interactions, need exploration, and opportunity anticipation.
  • Educate clients on mjunction offerings that enhance and add value to their business.
  • Identify market opportunities by analyzing customer requirements, competitor strengths/weaknesses, and working toward targeted market share gains.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to design creative, business-oriented solutions for client problems.
  • Capable of conducting performance reviews, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
