Join this transformative adventure, where knowledge converges with community in the pursuit of meaningful parenthood. As an Enterprise Sales Junior/Assistant Manager at Mamily Technology Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in expanding the company's reach within the health-tech industry, particularly in maternity and parenting digital solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Establish connections with corporate HR departments in large corporations to generate revenue through corporate HR tie-ups. - Collaborate with the insurance sector, health technology companies, HR technology firms, and insurance brokers to generate sales in the insurance and health tech sector engagement. - Conduct high-level meetings and networking with HR Heads, CHROs, and CEOs of corporates and enterprises. - Oversee sales efforts across India, including lead generation, business presentations, closing deals, and managing client relationships for pan India sales management. Qualifications: Graduation / Post Graduation Education: B.TECH preferable. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in successfully selling enterprise software products or services. Skills Required: - Networking with access to a network of HR heads and CEOs. - Sales pipeline management to identify prospects, grow, and manage sales pipelines effectively. - Coordinating software demos and service presentations with prospects and the internal business development team. - Skilled in market research, data mining, and generating new potential clients through cold calling and social media platforms. - Effective communication with organization heads to schedule product demos. - Proven capability to build and manage a sales pipeline, meeting targets. - Excellent skills in presentation, verbal, and written communication. - Familiarity with the use of sales CRM tools for efficient CRM knowledge. - Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining client relationships. - Possessing convincing ability with a confident personality. - Utilizing a data-driven approach towards the sales process.
