1.Lead and manage the Business Development & Sales team for cloud products and solutions.
2.Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in cloud services
3.Identify, hunt, and acquire new key accounts in enterprise, mid-market, and SMB segments.
4.Drive solution-based selling, presenting cloud migration, cloud infra, backup, DR, security, and managed cloud offerings.
5.Collaborate with technical, and delivery teams to create cloud solution proposals.
6.Monitor team performance, coach members, and ensure pipeline growth.
7.Study market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging cloud technologies.
8.Prepare monthly sales forecasts, revenue reports, and business reviews.
