Position Overview

Enterprise Development Expert

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement enterprise development strategies focused on MSMEs and local businesses.
Facilitate business and marketing linkages between enterprises and relevant stakeholders.
Promote technology adoption and innovation among small and medium enterprises.
Conduct capacity-building programs, training workshops, and mentoring sessions.
Collaborate with Central/State Government departments, public agencies, and industry bodies.
Monitor and evaluate the impact of enterprise development interventions.
Prepare reports, case studies, and documentation for knowledge sharing and policy input.

Qualifications & Experience

Education
: Postgraduate degree or equivalent from a recognized institute in Business Administration, Economics, Development Studies, or related fields.
Experience
:

Minimum
6 years
of professional experience working with Central/State Governments or public agencies.
At least
3 years
of hands-on experience in establishing business/marketing linkages, technology adoption, and capacity-building initiatives.
Preferred: Minimum
1 year
of experience in the
MSME domain
.

Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of enterprise ecosystems and MSME challenges.
Proven ability to build partnerships and engage stakeholders.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and report-writing skills.
Familiarity with government schemes, policies, and development programs.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
