Program Manager – Enterprise Applications

AI-powered enterprise applications

What You'll Do:

• Lead

  end-to-end delivery

  of GenAI solutions integrated into enterprise applications
• Own the implementation lifecycle from use case definition to deployment, go-live, and post-launch support
• Design and guide the architecture of

  LLM-based solutions

  , including

  RAG pipelines

  ,

  vector embeddings

  , and secure integrations
• Oversee a diverse portfolio of enterprise systems, including ERP platforms, data systems, and business tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across business, data, and engineering to ensure program alignment
• Define and execute

  program governance

  , change management, and stakeholder communication strategies
• Drive adoption of AI-powered features across enterprise functions through structured rollout and hypercare

What We're Looking For and Must have:

• Someone with

  10+ years

  in project/program management, and at least

  3–5 years

  in AI or digital transformation.
• Hands-on implementation of

  GenAI/LLM use cases

  — not just conceptual or strategic exposure
• Delivered AI/LLM systems in production, with understanding of RAG, vector databases, Azure OpenAI, Langchain, etc.
• Integration of GenAI into enterprise environments such as ERP, CRM, or data platforms
• Proven success in managing

  large-scale enterprise application programs

• Strong experience with

  cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management

  , and program governance

Bonus Skills

• Experience with

  SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics,

  or similar platforms
• Exposure to AI lifecycle — prompt design, orchestration, performance evaluation
• Familiarity with embedding models, data pipelines, or MLOps in enterprise settings
