Job Description

As a Usage & Revenue (U&R) Manager in the Enterprise Internet Business department, reporting to the Head of Enterprise Business, you will be responsible for driving revenue and usage growth, managing campaigns, leading teams, and analyzing customer and market insights. Your primary focus will be on understanding ISP/telecom enterprise products such as ILL, broadband, and managed services. You will leverage your expertise to implement revenue growth strategies, upselling, and cross-selling techniques. Your analytical mindset will enable you to interpret data for actionable insights, while your leadership skills will drive telesales teams to achieve aggressive targets. Collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams is crucial for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Revenue & Usage Growth - Campaign Management - Team Leadership & Performance Management - Customer & Market Insights Key Skills & Competencies: - Strong understanding of ISP/telecom enterprise products - Proven track record in revenue growth, upselling, and cross-selling strategies - Analytical mindset for interpreting usage and revenue data - Excellent leadership skills to drive telesales teams - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams Qualifications & Experience: - Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred) - 5-8 years of experience in ISP, Telecom, or Enterprise Internet services - Prior experience in revenue management, usage enhancement, or customer lifecycle management Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): - % Growth in ARPU (Revenue per Enterprise Account) - % Increase in plan upgrades & product penetration - Downgrade/churn control rate - Telecalling/telesales team performance & conversion rates - Successful launch and adoption of bundled offers/products If you are passionate about driving revenue growth, managing campaigns, and leading teams in the ISP/telecom industry, we encourage you to apply for this Full-time position based in Trivandrum/Kochi/Hyderabad.
