About the Role:

Enterprise Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Account Management & Customer Success:

  • Manage and grow relationships with enterprise customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients business needs and aligning IT services to their objectives.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customers industries, challenges, and future technology requirements.
  • Ensure timely delivery and execution of services with cross-functional teams.

2. Business Development & Revenue Growth:

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies, ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded.
  • Lead contract renewals, negotiations, and service expansions.
  • Monitor account health, market trends, and competitor activities to drive sales opportunities.

3. Relationship & Stakeholder Management:

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers within client organizations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client escalations and issue resolution.
  • Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

4. Collaboration & Strategy Execution:

  • Work with internal teams (pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams) to craft customized IT service solutions.
  • Provide insights and feedback to marketing and product teams for service enhancements.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and execution of company-wide sales initiatives.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • 9+ years of experience in enterprise account management within the IT services industry.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing IT service accounts.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, including cloud computing, managed services, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or relevant post-graduate degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  • Prior experience working in IT service firms catering to enterprise clients.
  • Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, or project management frameworks is a plus.
