Conduct interactive sessions to enhance students’ reading fluency, spelling accuracy, and pronunciation. Develop and implement lesson plans suited to different learning levels and age groups. Guide learners in spoken English, vocabulary building, and creative writing. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement. Create a positive and encouraging classroom environment that fosters language development. Collaborate with the academic team to design and refine English training modules. We’re now looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to strengthen our online presence and lead generation efforts. --- Key Responsibilities Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, YouTube, and email. Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) with engaging content and student success stories. Develop and optimize lead generation funnels for student enquiries via digital ads, landing pages, and chatbots. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs): leads, conversions, reach, and ROI. Collaborate with design and content teams to create videos, reels, posts, and marketing materials aligned with our brand. Maintain and update the company website, improving SEO and user experience. Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new growth opportunities. Support events and webinars through digital promotion and post-event engagement. --- Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (education sector preferred). Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Analytics, SEO, and Canva/Adobe tools. Strong knowledge of social media trends and audience engagement strategies. Excellent communication and storytelling skills. Creative thinker with an analytical mindset. --- Preferred Skills Experience running lead-generation campaigns for overseas education or training institutes.
