Training Responsibilities (Soft Skills Trainer)

• Design and deliver engaging sessions on:
• Communication skills (verbal, non-verbal, written)
• Presentation & public speaking
• Interpersonal skills & teamwork
• Time management & productivity
• Leadership & problem-solving
• Interview preparation & corporate etiquette
• Conduct workshops, role-plays, and group discussions to enhance confidence and employability skills.
• Assess students’ strengths and weaknesses and provide personalized feedback.
• Develop training materials, modules, and assessment tools.
• Keep updated with industry needs and integrate relevant skills into training.

Administrative Responsibilities (Student Admin)

• Maintain student records, attendance, and performance reports.
• Act as the first point of contact for student inquiries, issues, and support.
• Assist in scheduling classes, workshops, and exams.
• Coordinate between faculty, management, and students for smooth operations.
• Handle admissions-related queries, documentation, and orientation support.
• Organize placement drives, mock interviews, and skill development initiatives.
• Ensure discipline and student engagement within the institution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
