English and Soft Skills Trainer

Job Description: As a faculty member at Virohan, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective delivery of English language power skill learning (ELPSL) training. Your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring that the induction and lesson plans adhere to Virohan standards - Monitoring and maintaining a minimum student attendance of 80% and faculty attendance of 90% - Delivering quality education to enhance student development and promptly addressing any student grievances - Ensuring compliance with Virohan norms during classroom training and maintaining accurate records and reports - Assisting the content team in creating Training Learning Materials (TLM) and schedules required by Virohan or any applicable project Your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be: - Ensuring that students maintain a monthly average of >80% attendance - Limiting the dropout rate of batches to a maximum of 10% - Ensuring that 85% of active students pass in their main attempt in all categories The ideal candidate for this role will possess: - Strong communication skills and the confidence to conduct training for senior student batches - A minimum of 1 year of experience as an English teacher, Soft Skills/Personality Development trainer, or in a similar training-related role - Fast, focused, and committed individuals who can work effectively in a diverse team - Passion for creating impactful contributions In addition to a competitive salary, Virohan offers benefits such as commuter assistance, health insurance, life insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund.
