Engineer/Sr. Engineer/Assistant Manager (EMI/EMC Testing)

Overview:

Azista Industries Private Limited, Hyderabad and Berlin Space Technologies GmBH, Berlin are coming together in Ahmedabad to create a unique production facility for small satellites that would make a big difference. This is the first private scale satellite production house in India and one of the first production lines for satellites anywhere in the world. In the words of one of the founders of BST it’s the Henry Ford moment for satellites!

Urgent requirement of Engineer / Sr. Engineer / AM in our EMI/EMC Testing Laboratory. As part of the technical team, he/she shall be responsible for evaluating the Test Plan, perform the Testing and implement Laboratory Management System as per ISO 17025:2017

Responsibilities and Duties:

•Reviewing EMI/EMC Test Requirements

•Creating Test Plans as per respective Test Standards

•Performing EMI/EMC Test on Equipment Under Test (EuT)

•Generating Test Report

•Technical Maintenance of Test Equipment

•Maintenance and Updating of Technical Records

•Calibration knowhow for NABL Accreditation.

Qualification and Technical Skills:

•Minimum Educational Qualification: B. Tech (Electronics & Communication) Engineering with at least 60% marks in 10th, 12th

•Minimum Experience in EMI/EMC Testing: 3-5 years

•Basic Understanding of Electromagnetic Theory, Electrical Circuits and Electronic Design

•Experience of EMI/EMC Testing as per Standards such as MIL STD 461 E/F/G, CISPR 11/ 12/14-1/15/22/25/32, IEC 61000-4-2/3/4/5/6/8/9/11/12/29/34, ISO 10605, ISO 11452-2, ISO 11452-4, ISO 7637-2, ISO 16750-2, AIS-004, IS 13766-1, EN 50121-2, IEC 60601-1-2 etc.

•Operational Experience of Test Equipment such as Antennas, Oscilloscope, Signal Generator, Spectrum Analyzer, EMI Receiver, Power Amplifiers, Semi Anechoic Chamber, Transient Generators, Transducers etc.

•Hands-on experience with EMC test equipment and test methods.

•Strong understanding of analog/digital circuit design, PCB layout, and system-level electromagnetic compatibility.
