Assist with end-to-end engineering services to develop technical engineering solutions to solve problems and achieve business objectives. Solve engineering problems and achieve business objectives using scientific, socio-economic, technical knowledge and practical experience. Work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration and technical management.

BE- Mechanical/Aero or AME course (Mechanical) and 15 years full time educationSummary: As an Engineering Services Practitioner, you will assist with end-to-end engineering services to develop technical engineering solutions that address complex problems and meet business objectives. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, applying scientific and technical knowledge, and leveraging practical experience to deliver effective engineering solutions. You will engage in problem-solving activities that require a deep understanding of structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management, ensuring that all engineering tasks align with organizational goals and standards. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest engineering practices and technologies. - Assist in the documentation and reporting of engineering processes and solutions. - Take end-to-end responsibility for timely delivery of work orders. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aircraft Structure Repair Manual Authoring Guidelines. - Strong understanding of engineering principles related to aircraft structures. - Experience with technical documentation and compliance standards. - Ability to analyze and interpret engineering data effectively. - Familiarity with aircraft maintenance processes and procedures. - Analyze source data available to create technical documentation, request additional source from clients whenever needed. - Quality control for the created/Revised technical documents. - Creation and revision of CMM using standards like Ispec2200, S1000D. - Preparation of supporting Documents like Lessons learnt, RCA, Enhancement trainings and etc. - Mentoring the team. - Coordination calls with onsite coordinator and customer. - Overall experience of at least 5+ years. Experience in the field of Aircraft maintenance will be an advantage. - Experienced in creation and revision of CMM and IPL is mandatory. - Should have knowledge of aerospace tech data process. - Tools knowledge – GIPSY/GIDOCA/ZAMIZ/IMS/DACAS/EDPS Sigmalink, will be an added advantage. - Should be able to understand and use ASD-STE - Excellent understanding of ATA iSpec 2200 and S1000D standards. - Analyzing and interpretation of engineering drawings and reports. - Should have Aircraft and systems knowledge. Additional Information: - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - 15 years of education is mandatory. - Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills. - Should be a strong team player.
