Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete

  recruitment life cycle

  , including sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, handling candidate queries, salary negotiations, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
• Expertise in recruiting for

  Engineering roles

  within the

  Automotive, Aerospace, Oil & Gas, and Manufacturing

  industries.
• Strong experience working with

  W2 and Full-Time hiring models

  .
• Proficient in diverse sourcing techniques, including

  headhunting, cold calling, networking platforms, referrals, and internet-based recruitment tools

  .
• Skilled in

  rate and salary negotiations

  to ensure alignment with both client and candidate expectations.
• Demonstrated ability to

  build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

  through proactive sourcing and networking.
• Capable of working independently and managing multiple requirements in a

  fast-paced, high-volume environment

  .
• Accountable for achieving a high

  submittal-to-interview and interview-to-placement conversion ratio

  .
• Ensure adherence to defined

  Recruitment Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

  , maintaining quality and timeliness in all deliverables.
• Well-versed with Ceipal ATS, job portals and offbeat sources.
