Job Title: Engineering Recruiter (US Staffing) Location : Gachibowli, Hyderabad. Shift Timings: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift) Job Description: FusionPlus Solutions, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven engineering recruiter with 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in US technical recruitment to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier engineering talent across aerospace, manufacturing, semiconductors, and automotive domains. Experience working on W-2 and full-time positions is essential. Key Responsibilities: Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and internal databases. Manage the full recruitment life cycle: from job requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding. Work closely with hiring managers and technical teams to understand role requirements and deliver top-quality candidates. Maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates for critical and recurring roles. Ensure compliance with client requirements, US labor laws, and internal hiring practices for W2 and full-time roles. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and generate regular hiring reports. Qualifications: 2 to 5 years of experience in US technical recruitment , particularly in aerospace, manufacturing, semiconductors, and automotive sectors. Solid understanding of engineering roles and technical terminologies relevant to the industry. Hands-on experience recruiting for W2 and full-time positions (direct hire, permanent roles). Familiarity with US work authorizations (US citizens, GC holders, H1B, etc.) and recruitment compliance. Proficient with ATS, CRM tools, and job portals (e.g., Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster, Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter). Note: This position strictly requires end-to-end US recruitment experience .
