As a Senior Engineer in the wind energy sector, you will lead and manage engineering design and analysis for wind turbine structures, foundations, and associated mechanical systems. Your responsibilities will include: - Performing and reviewing load analysis under static and dynamic conditions for wind turbines and associated structures. - Coordinating and supervising structural simulations, stress analysis, and fatigue assessments using relevant software tools. - Reviewing and validating design drawings, specifications, and technical calculations from vendors and consultants. - Ensuring compliance with international and national standards (IEC, ISO, DNV, GL, IS, etc.) for wind turbine design and structural integrity. - Collaborating with project management, procurement, and construction teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with design intent. - Supporting tendering and pre-bid engineering with load calculations, design evaluation, and technical inputs. - Providing technical guidance, mentorship, and leadership to the mechanical and structural engineering team. - Preparing and maintaining engineering documentation, design review reports, and client communications. - Conducting value engineering and design optimization to enhance performance, safety, and cost-effectiveness. - Ensuring adherence to the HSE roles, responsibilities & accountabilities as defined in MS-0047700-HSE Roles Responsibilities & Authorities. - Complying and ensuring implementation of the company's and the customers Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental Policies and Procedures. Preferred Attributes: - Experience in utility-scale onshore/offshore wind projects. - Knowledge of turbine certification and testing processes. - Ability to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and coordinate with international consultants. - Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality and safety.
