Reporting Manager Title : Senior General Manager The Role As an Instrumentation Designer with Worley , you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience. Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing instrumentation systems for onshore oil and gas. Working closely with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure that instrumentation systems meet the required specifications, standards, and regulations. Duties and Responsibilities Collaborating with other senior management to formulate strategy for Business continuity and requirements. Enhance the communication channel between businesses, Support functions and management. Implementation of Important policy and processes. Overseeing business IT requirements and fulfilled. Interface between support functions and business. Implement efficient process and mechanisms for streamline working between businesses and support functions. Qualifications Master of Engineering degree (or equivalent education) in an appropriate engineering discipline from an accredited college or university. Chartered Engineer (CEng), or Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent in the relevant field from any global organization (e.g., Institution of Civil Engineers, UK) 18+ Years of experience Contribute to design development, design risk and mitigation, and value engineering with a focus on electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and electromagnetic interference (EMI). Provide expert technical guidance and ensure adherence tostandards throughout the design process. Present EMC/EMI andstrategies effectively to stakeholders and non-technical leads. Develop and deliver Earthing (Grounding) and Bonding Control Strategy reports. Produce detailed design documentation, including calculations, design sketches, and technical specifications. Participate in interdisciplinary design team meetings and coordinate with sub-consultants and equipment suppliers for accurate design information. Review and verify design drawings and ensure they align with project requirements and standards. Prepare technical reports and assess project specifications for construction compliance. Provide input to strategy and conduct power quality compatibility assessments. Working with design engineers to advise on EMC test specifications and production of test procedures and reports as required. Advise appropriate EMC solutions through design analysis to identify required control techniques and good design practice. Produce comprehensive reports detailing solutions for each facility Produce calculation reports to justify results and ensure compliance with required values. Develop and mark up drawings, including grounding grid layouts, cross-sections, riser diagrams, and bonding drawings. Technical specifications of the elements Produce reports outlining solutions for each facility. Create calculation reports to validate results and meet compliance requirements Develop and Mark up drawings for lightning protection layouts and connections to main grounding grids. Define technical specifications for lightning protection elements. Ensure that technical and safety standards are maintained across all design activities tin order that successful project implementation and future reliability is achieved. Carry out risk assessments and provision of design information for Health and Safety file.

Role & responsibilities The job responsibilities of this position include: 1. Well acquainted with Electronics design of elctro-optical devices as per design requirements. 2. 3D modelling and design analysis of components, module and complete device. 3. Generation of applicable design drawings. 4. Well acquainted with various design documentation. 5. Fabrication of prototype/finalized electronic assemblies/sub-assemblies/PCBs. 6. Design new products mechanical housing so as to incorporate PCBs, Connectors. Plugs, Layout control models and Thermal Core/ Image intensifier Tubes etc. 7. Modify existing designs to cater new requirements. 8. Select new parts, taking into consideration: (i) Obsolescence (ii) Availability (iii) Cost 9. Preparation of reports in order to determine: (a) Design feasibility (b) Cost effectiveness (c) Customer demand for new and existing products JOB SPECIFICATIONS 1. Diploma, Bachelors or Masters degree in Electronics or a related field. 2. Must have at least 2-5 years working experience with various types of design software and basic electronic circuitry/PCB design of assemblies/sub- assemblies. 3. Hands on experience in Opto - electronic Devices and thermal image processing will be an Added advantage. 4. Proficient in the electronic design of electro-optical devices as per design requirements. 5. Skilled in generating detailed technical drawings for applicable designs. 6. 3D modelling and design analysis of components, module and complete device. 7. Must be willing to travel across India for demonstrations and trial purposes at client location. 8. Experience with ERP software, particularly SAP Business One, is preferred. Coordinate with manufacturing plants for product development Prepare/ Review / verify Design calculations, and provide inputs to Assistant Design Engineers & CAD Engineers. Receive, analyse & comment on inputs / suggestions received from manufacturing plants. Release final drawing / design to manufacturing plants. Maintain Quality Records and Schedule / Budget records for given projects. Ensure compliance of products with design standards / codes. Perform following activities under guidance: Conduct conceptual design studies pre-development / during development. Study of Functional requirement specification & preparation of Technical Specification. Guiding team(s) for various projects / assignments. Prepare the documents as per requirements and also for CE/ATEX marking related Submissions and certifications / attending internal & external audits. Independence in handling requirements related to Product Support / Product Care. Guidance / Support to CAD Engineers in UG related tasks. Preparing Inputs for Bill of Materials, Preparing Bill of Materials. Prepare BOM Checklist to fulfill project requirements. Simultaneous support to multiple project teams, where necessary, with minimum guidance. Create alternative ideas / proposals for new designs / design optimization Impart training / share knowledge with department colleagues for their competency building. Ensure release / modification of design drawings within committed time schedule, acceptable to Manufacturing. Overall supervision of correctness / completeness of Design Calculations / Drawings. Liason / co-ordination with KSB Germany for designated projects. Processing of offer permit requests.
