Senior Engineer, Bulk Material Handling Projects

As a Senior Engineer - Projects in the Bulk Material Handling - Stockyard & Port equipment engineering team, your role will involve performing engineering tasks for Stockyard & Port equipment delivery projects in Vadodara, India. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and review Design Calculations & Design Drawings adhering to Indian and Global standards for Stockyard & Port equipment. - Generate design solutions for Stockyard & Port equipment in mechanical and structural domains. - Interpret customer specifications, perform design calculations, and review drawings for accuracy and feasibility. - Develop BMH facility Layouts, General arrangement drawings, and Foundation Drawing. - Create mechanical and structural 3D models using relevant design software for fabrication, construction, and assembly. - Collaborate with internal departments for project execution and problem resolution. - Ensure timely delivery of engineering tasks with a focus on quality, ethics, and safety. - Provide technical support to stakeholders in Stockyard & Port equipment. - Travel domestically and internationally as required for project needs. - Maintain confidentiality and protect company intellectual property. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering / Masters in mechanical discipline. - 6 to 10 years of experience in Stockyard & Port equipment. - Proficiency in engineering tools like AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, ANSYS, etc. - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. - Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Capability to work under stress and follow instructions accurately. - Knowledge of relevant international codes and standards. - Hands-on experience in detailed design of Stockyard equipment & Port equipment.
