· Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers, Senior Engineers.
· Design and build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications & APIs.
· Architect efficient database and application solutions.
· Ensure best practices in coding, performance, security, and DevOps.
· Work with modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and microservices-based architectures.
· Solve complex technical problems and ensure high system reliability.
· Build complaint solution for India keeping ISO, PCI DSS, SOC2 Type II, data localization and DPDP regulation in mind.
· 5–8 years of backend engineering experience, including team leadership.
· Run and maintain Cloud infrastructure
· Excellent problem-solving, algorithmic thinking, and communication skills.
· Proven experience in team and people management.
· Exposure to microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
· Experience in Payments Business in India.
· B. Tech in Computer Science
· Immediate or quick joiner
