Create and implement testing strategies/plans for various release Responsible for identifying and mitigating risks, and meeting all quality benchmarks with respect to QA You should also perform as an individual contributor role for the project delivery This role will leverage your knowledge of QA management on manual, Automation, API and database testing. You will collaborate with the team to support various stages of the testing life cycle. In this role, you will report to the Engineering Manager What You Will Do Contribute for the successful project delivery Act as the single point of contact for all QA related activities Perform manual, Automation, API and DB testing. Mentor and guide the junior team members. Actively provide support in the establishment of best practices to provide Quality Output . Good to have experience in healthcare domain. What You Need A thorough understanding of Project management and delivery with respect to QA 8-10 years of experience in project management and Team leader Very good experience in Manual, API and DB testing in Azure platform Demonstrable knowledge of SQL queries Proficiency in automation Good Problem solving and Analytical skills. Fair knowledge and understanding in JIRA. Good Communication skills Good Project management and customer facing skills Good problem solving and analytical skills. Preferable work location should be Bangalore. Due to the nature of global infrastructure, you understand that flexibility in working hours is required.
