Our global products and tools are natively built for web 3.0 world. You will work with teams working on tech products across blockchain, and distributed systems – for a real-world problem solving. We're taking on established paths and conventional wisdom about how the Tech and Internet should work. Underlying principle is to solve the hard problem of protecting user rights, digital intellectual property rights and protection of assets in an age of AI and instant replication. Role: Engineering Manager You will take the role of Engineering Manager. Expectations from the Role holder is to be a tech expert, to lead sprints with capable tech teams with a high people management quotient, and to prioritize tasks. You will manage multiple products/ tools and a team of 10+ members. You will be the owner of product delivery, sprint optimization and architecture development. Location: Noida (Hybrid) / 5 days What will you get to do? Drive technical design remodeling, and refactoring of layer 1 blockchain, smart contracts and systems for robustness and scalability. Partner with cross-functional teams, to create technical vision, detailed roadmap, and drive critical design discussions. Lead technology & architectural decisions to drive teams for implementation & code reviews. Build engineering processes for the team and champion product thinking. Provide technical leadership with a focus on quality & security. Robust documentation and knowledge management across the blockchain ecosystem. Skills & Qualification Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences or equivalent stream. Relevant and progressive 10+ Years of experience, with good projects in Blockchain products Hands-on experience in Software Development using ReactJS and Node.js Hands-on experience in various databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL and MongoDB Strong Knowledge of algorithms and data structures. Preferred: Designed, developed and deployed large-scale web applications on the cloud. Good understanding of Docker/Containerized application development. Hiring Process: 3-4 rounds of interviews with Function, HR & senior leaders.
