1. Team Leadership and Development - building andnurturing a high-performing team.

Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent fordevelopment, testing, support, and cloud administration roles.

Foster a culture of continuous learning andprofessional growth.

Manage team performance, provide feedback, andresolve conflicts.

2. Project Management and Delivery - ensuringprojects are delivered successfully, on time, and within budget, with a focuson quality.

Oversee the entire product development andmaintenance lifecycle for the clients projects.

Implement and enforce a robust quality assuranceprocess.

Drive the adoption of efficient engineeringpractices and methodologies (e.g., Agile, DevOps).

3. Client and Stakeholder Management - focuses onmaintaining strong relationships and ensuring the ODCs work aligns with theclients business goals.

Serve as the primary technical point of contactfor the client, providing regular updates and managing expectations.

Understand the clients business objectives andtranslate them into a technical roadmap.

Proactively identify opportunities for the ODCto add value, such as through new technologies or process improvements.

4. Technical Innovation and Operational Excellence - drivingtechnical excellence and ensuring the ODC operates efficiently.

Ensure the ODCs infrastructure (cloud,development environments, etc.) is secure, stable, and cost-effective.

Foster a culture of technical innovation andproblem-solving.

Optimize resource allocation and utilizationacross all teams.

Requirements

Engineering Manager / Director (10+ years experience)

Person with background of product engineering, distributedsystems or advanced data analytics programs. This is a technical role. Hands-onskills preferred.

Should have managed team of 30 minimum.
